How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days from when they leave our warehouse. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, to every country we ship to.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at mikeycommerce.limited@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll gladly update or cancel it.

What is your return policy?
You can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. On top of that, our 60-day money-back guarantee lets you request a refund if a product isn't right for you — see our refund policy for the details.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.
Using our products
I'm new to retinoids. How should I start?
Use the 3A Retinol Cream or Serum 2–3 evenings a week at first and increase gradually as your skin gets used to it. Always apply sunscreen during the day, and don't combine retinoids with strong acids on the same evening.
Can I use salicylic acid and retinol together?
Yes, but not in the same routine. Use salicylic acid in the morning or on alternate evenings, and your retinoid on the others.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our centella range (toner, pads and soothing mask) is made for sensitive skin. With active products such as retinoids and acids, start slowly and patch-test on a small area first. If you have a skin condition, consult a dermatologist before use.
Can I use retinoids while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We don't recommend retinoid products during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.
