Processing time: orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: 5–10 business days from when your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping cost: free on all orders, to every country we ship to.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays and lost parcels
Deliveries can occasionally take longer because of public holidays, weather or carrier delays. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at mikeycommerce.limited@gmail.com and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
