Refund policy
14-day right of withdrawal
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
60-day money-back guarantee
If a product doesn't work for you, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened and used as directed. The guarantee applies once per product per customer.
The guarantee does not cover products that have been used incorrectly or damaged. If you experience irritation, stop using the product and contact us — skin tolerance varies from person to person, and we'll help you find a solution.
How to request a return or refund
- Email us at mikeycommerce.limited@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Pack the product securely and send it back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
