1. General information

These terms apply to all purchases from the LIAMERE online store, which is operated by Mikey Commerce Limited. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Orders and contract

A purchase agreement is formed when you have completed your order and we have sent an order confirmation to your email address.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods shown there. We reserve the right to change prices; this does not affect orders already placed. If a product has been listed with an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery times, shipping costs and delivery countries are described in our shipping policy. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the stated delivery time, you may cancel the purchase for a full refund.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns and guarantee

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. In addition, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. Details are in our refund policy.

6. Complaints

You have the right to make a complaint about faulty products in accordance with applicable consumer law. Contact us at mikeycommerce.limited@gmail.com as soon as you discover the fault, with your order number and, if possible, a photo.

7. Product use and liability

Use our products as described on the product page and packaging. Patch-test before first use if you have sensitive skin, and consult a doctor or dermatologist if you have a skin condition, are pregnant or are breastfeeding. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where the law provides otherwise.

8. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images and logos, belongs to Mikey Commerce Limited (LIAMERE) and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
